OK...I think I have tried everything and cannot get the picture to work. I get invalid file everytime I cut and paste the photobucket url. I have read the thread on this but I must be missing something. Can anyone help?

Make sure the size of the pic is 800 pixles or less. You can resize your pics in Photobucket - edit your pic and resize it. You can alternately select to resize when you upload to Photobucket.
Once you've resized it, click the "IMG Code" and do a Control-V (or edit "paste") the IMG code into your signature or reply. I didn't use the "Signature Picture" pane but rather pasted the IMG Code directly into my "your signature" pane.
