Exhaust ques.
I have a 2001, 2500 CTD. I put a bully dog chip in it and a K&N filter. My ? I have the stock exh. on it now, what do I need to do as far as upgrading my exh. system, ie larger pipe etc. I've heard and read that it will help with hp and mpg. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated Thanks!!
