After reading a few threads, I wanted to introduce myself to this community. I look forward to sharing ideas with other forum members. A Dodge would be perfect for the huge potholes here and the tough driving conditions in the rain forest.

FYI and a brief history,
Costa Rica charges a 80% import tax on cars. Gas is $5 a gallon as well.
I started with a 1990 YUGO GVX and finally upgraded to a 1981 Toyota Corona Convertible.
A Dodge would rule the streets here. I have seen a few and they handle the conditions with ease.
The trick, getting a good condition Dodge at a fair price. I am still looking...
