Default Help with gas estimate

I'm planning to move from Georgia to North Carolina and it will take about 8 hours to get there. My friend is helping me move and I will have to compensate them for gas money. They drive a Dodge Ram 250 (I'm not sure what year) and I was wondering if anyone knew about how much I'm looking at for gas money...any help would be appreciated, I'll try to get the year if that makes a difference

Welcome to DF Segovia! I would guess for a worse case scenario, for mostly highway and Ram 2500 would be 15mpg. So I am guessing you are traveling around 800 miles round trip? An estimate would be I'll say average $2.00 a gallon for gasoline equals $110.00 for round trip. Of course this is on the high side IMO Hope that helps.

hey, welcome to DF!. I'd say between $110-$150, depending on year, condition of vehicle, how fast you drive, how far...etc.
