Well unfortunately the Dakotas and Rams came waaaaaay after the Poly 318. That block was built from 1956 to 1967. The bolts may be the same size as the LA and Magnum 318s, but don't hold me to that. I don't know where you could find the info you need about the Poly 318, but the factory service manual for the 1st gen dakota has info on the 318 Magnum block, and can be found in the 1st gen dakota section.
