Default new guy, N Texas, 03 3500 Cummins

I recently purchased an '03 Dodge 3500, 4 door, Cummins, 6 speed, DRW, 8' flat bed with 189K miles. I'm a self taught, reasonably knowledgeable hobby mechanic. Like a lot of car guys, I have several "projects" in and behind my shop. They extend from a '36 Ford pickup up to a '67 Chevy ProStreet pickup (notice, I don't discriminate). This is my first "diesel" adventure, except a '94 Freightliner some years ago, so, I will be seeking knowledege specific to the Dodge and the Cummins. I am curently in the process of replacing the inner tie rods and need info regarding the removal of the old tie rods, without causing further damage. Thanks.
