i own a 99 dodge ram 1500. the truck origionaly came with a 3.9l v6 and after about 98000 miles i decided to drop in a rebuilt 318 out of a 97 1500 the swap worked perfectly other than a few timing issues that took some time to figure out.the truck is a blast to drive with the 5 spd manual trans and the short wheelbase. future plans include a wieand crosswinds intake and an edelbrock 600 cfm carb, im doing away with the stupid pcm, and a complete custom interior,im also doing some body mods, but i aint saying nothin bout them till im done. i have a few v6 parts that i need to get rid of to help pay for the next project so if anyone is interested i have rebuilt the v6,well rings bearings and a gasket kit,complete w/heads intake and exhaust manifolds,and a/c compressor/ alternator bracket, and an a/c condensor w/shroud. let me know what you need if its for a 3.9 i prolly got it.
