my bouncing truck doesn't bounce! this is a test! If it's not bouncing, what am I doing wrong?

just downloaded my avatar from bouncing trucks. It doesn't bounce like the others. I would like to get a pic of my actual truck up soon, but just for the heck of it I was trying to get the bouncing avatar up in the mean time and it is not "animated " like the others. just trying to learn this forum stuff. thanks, Jeremey
