Default new to this...
im a student at california state university. i own a dodge neon 2003. not much to say just that i want to know how to make the car i have faster and work better than it is right now.

breathing better is always key. look into a cold air intake and exhaust system first then a programmer to start. then go wild turbo. welcome to DF
