My wife has a 1995 dodge stratus 6 cylinder. The engine turns over but will not start. If i jump the pump directly from the battery it works. The pump is not getting power. I have checked and replaced the ASD and starter relays, and have checked the all with a meter, but still get no power to the pump. I'm thinking maybe the PCM. any suggestions?
