The DL on Fathead_03
What's up guys. The names Brian, or Fathead_03 as I've gone by for ages online, yet Fatty for short works just fine. The name is quite literal, I have a huge head. You can't tell, until you find yourself swimming in my hats(size 8 fitted), or see me carving foam out of my XL motorcycle helmet so it fits.
I'm 24 right now, living in North Central Washington. I went to Wyotech after I graduated, and took the auto tech course, followed by street rod. Moved to Portland after that, where I worked in a street rod shop, then Starbucks, then a Dodge dealership for about a year, then another street rod shop for about a year. When the economy went downhill, I decided to move home and help my dad out as a mechanic until things get better. While I was here, I built a motorcycle that I entered in a buildoff to keep me busy, and ended up winning.
Kinda running with the motorcycle thing right now. Main source of income is auto and marine detailing in the summer and turning wrenches. I just became an authorized distributor of STS turbo systems, the remote mount turbo systems. I will have one on my truck within two months. Also, if anyone is interested, I give the best deals you will find, bar none.
Anyway, I won't be posting a whole bunch. I see alot of the lifted vs lowered debates, and that bugs me. Why someone thinks that a truck being lifted so you have to struggle to put something heavy in the bed(the bed being why you buy a truck), compared to a lowered truck which is easy to load my bikes into(which is why I got mine) is beyond me. But different strokes for different folks. I am fairly knowledgeable about automotive workings, and shake my head to some of the answers on here. But you all seem like a bunch of good people.
Anywhere, here is a pic of my truck(no shocks in the rear, they are ordered, and helper bags in the mail as well), and some things I've built.
Custom CBR I built
CB I built
Custom hood I made to clear a RamJet502 intake(all sheetmetal)
Suicide doors
Sorry for the ton of pics...
