Default Scored SRT4 drivetrain, now what?

First off, I am new here of course,

I used to be a member like 4 years ago or something, but I completely forgot what my username was... So, I am back to being a newbie again, not like I was ever a veteran.

So, I have an SRT-4 Neon engine and transmission (complete with ECU, turbo, everything, etc) and want to put it in something. The tranny is an 03 and has like 40,000 miles I think. The engine has 106,000 miles and I'll probably redo the headgasket, timing belt, seals, etc. before I do anything else. I could sell it, but I really want to put it in something so I have a sleeper or another fast car. I just don't know what to put it into now!

I have some guidelines I need to have followed though.

It has to be automatic, I love manuals, but I can't have one. I drive way to much in the city and I am always on the headset or running errands.

It can't be a Neon (I am through with Neons for a while).

It can't be a 3-6 month swap. I'd like to finish in 30-40 hours labor, I have a shop with every tool minus a block machiner, so I can work fast.

It has to be reasonable. No SRT4 into Metro!! I need a decent driver.

With that having been said, I am looking at dropping it into a Cherokee or a Liberty. I also have a Saturn SL2 with a busted motor, and an Eagle Talon TSi with a bad trans. I really want a 2WD truck or SUV or a minivan, but I just don't know now. Please help suggest to me what I should do with this motor! I am all for an easy swap, and all for a sleeper.

P.S. The SRT4 Cherokee is my favorite idea so far.
