Thanks for the welcome, and happy to be here.

I am purchasing a 1996 Dodge Ram Van from a guy. He says he had the trans rebuilt over a year ago, was driving one day stopped at a store got back into van and it would not start, had van towed to his home, was told by mechanic it could be timing chain. sounds to me like fuel pump could have gone out, he said he has changed fuel pump twice already. Any one have an idea what could be up would appreciate feedback.
