New Dodge guy from Calgary, Alberta
Hi guys and gals,
Just picked up my truck today. Bought off a co-worker for cheap, and it's a project vehicle for me (good winter truck for the snow we get).
1998 Ram 1500 (sport), 5.2L, 4x4 5 speed, short box regular cab aka "Randi"
Going to take my time fixing her up. She's in decent shape, just needs a little TLC.
Already today, I took the entire interior apart and cleaned it, as well as getting rid of the canopy topper, washed the engine bay and all the suspension undernearth.
Did a quick polish on the truck as well.
Also, dismantled the front bumper and picked up a used chrome one off a local guy. Need to order the upper portion and the valence and have them painted-to-match.
Still need to get a new rear bumper and some new step bars. Also looking into a 3-5" coil spring lift from Rough Country and some 315 mudders.
