Default Gears????? 3.92 vs 4.10

I have a 2003 Ram 5.9 gas with 3.92. I was wondering if the 4.10 conversion would be worth it for off the line jump? I have the basics done...riser dual exahst intake chip but it seems like it is still lacking off the line.
top end is not that important to me due to the exessive tickets i already got lol...long story short...will it make her squeak off the line or am i just waisting money???

Welcome to the site. Steeper gears will help in acceleration, but will hurt in top end RPM as well as gas mileage. Lower gears (4.10) are not too expensive, but I would not worry about racing a truck since it is a truck,

there wil be little benefit if any going from 3.92 to 4.10. If your only woried about light to light(streetracing is bad), get 4.56. The money you spend on gears will be better spent somewhere else. And by "riser" I am guessing tb spacer. Good paperweight, does nothing on a smpi engine. Works on carbs but that's about it, or old fi.
