Talking Hello! Also a nexbie.

Hello all. Just joined this forum. Recently bought a 2005 sxt. Been trying to get it running right before I start with "good stuff". Anybody have any ideas on solving a "rough idle" issue? I think I've been thru all the usual suspects and changed a bunch of parts. Looking to get a good scanner/ code reader to. Got the car with 62000 miles on it and it looks great. I've read about all sorts of issues with this model but I like it and want to make it work..! Appreciating any advice.

I would change the plugs, oil, PVC and EGR valve,
