Newly acquired ACR
I've just bought my third Neon, this one a 99 ACR. It has been raced and has a full roll cage nicely integrated into the interior. This one is a barebones, no A/C, no radio, no power steering, no nothing except the DOHC 2.0L.
I'd like to both upgrade it and start racing it, so I'm looking for advice in both arenas. I live in central Vermont, but I'm from Detroit. I picked this car up in Georgia for 3,000 with only 50k on it.
