Sparkplugs, 4.7 Iridium or Oem?

Hi folks, just wondered if anyone has ever tried the longer lasting iridium sparkplugs instead of the oem 30k champions. Also antisieze or no antisieze?

I have the Champion iridiums for the last 13,000 miles with no problems,
