not new but have not been here for a bit well yesterday driving down the freeway truck got hot and blow apart top radiator hose ! so i put a new one one and this morning at 3am i am on my way to work and notice i have no heat from my heater its just blowing mild worm/cool air and truck is running warmer than i am use to seeing and its like 47 deg out side . so im thinking its a termastat or a water pump what duz this sound like to you guys ?

 

welcome to the site i hope you get as much help as i have. I do think that your thermostat is bad and it can't hurt to replace it. Its a quick repair and won't hurt the wallet to much.
