New Guy, Big Problem

Need to know if anyone has replaced a complete cab on their truck. Mine was involved in a rollover (no injuries) but the cab and bed are shot. Bed's easy but the cab will likely be a challenge. Didn't see direct reference to that in the service manual. Mostly worried about wiring and HVAC. Don't know what will or won't come with the cab clip. Could use a source for same in New England...I'm assuming I'll get a cab that originally housed an auto trans and I have the 5-speed so add the clutch jazz to the mix...
I want to set up a procedure and checklist if I can get the assistance from this forum.

Just bought 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan Swivel 'n Go mini van.
Windows are down front & back & won't go up.
My Dad tried to help by pushing any & all buttons.
Now, I don't know what to do. Could it be a fuse?
I can't go anywhere out the garage until I figure it out-raining.
No manual. Where should I look for the fuses? Is there just
one place to look or what? If I do find where the fuses are,
what do they look like? My other vehicle had square ones
with a u shaped piece of metal inside.
If it isn't that, what else can I do? I need to get this fixed
without taking it to a shop.

When you post the same question on different threads - it gets very confusing. If someone has a solution to tvidos's problem - please jump over to Grand Caravan Swivel 'n Go 2008.
