Default noob

Hey I am new to this forum and also new to forums in general. I have a 86 dodge W250 and I am looking to fix it up and make it an offroader/daily driver. I have owned it for almost four years now. I am in the military. I am looking for help because my research isn't going so well, probably because I am new at doin.g more than keepin the truck running. I want to switch my automatic locking front axle to be a manual locking hub and was wondering what all I need to complete this task from someone that has been there.

Welcome to the site. There is a section for the Power Wagon and Ram Charger if that is close to the W250,
