Default Thanks for forum

New to forum and wanted to say thanks to all who post, esp. the 2nd. Gen. drivers. I am the "proud" owner of a 1998 5.9L 1500 CC 4x4, bought it 3 years ago and must say it has been the best truck I have owned (and now the bank doesn't own it anymore) I DO. Anyway after checking these forum's for the past couple of month's I have come to realize I wasn't doing a very good job of keeping the truck in "tip-top" shape..... Dang me!!!! Plenum's blown and if it wasn't for this forum it was going to go to pasture, or somebody's else problem. So I'm going to hang on to it but let a pro do the whole replacement thing since I really don't have the time, patience or energy to tackle a job like this right now. going to buy a used "Kegger" and do the DIY mod with a new plate ( Hughes or APS, which is best???? ) And when that is complete then have the mechanic do a complete tune up ( I must confess, hasn't been done since I have owned it, my real bad ) Anyway Thanks Again for all the information and will keep all posted.
