Hey guys,
My name is Josh A.K.A BigOx, I own a 1996 Dodge Dakota and know nothing about it. My mother has a 1500 like mine has a 318 mag under the hood..

Welcome to the site fellow '96 dakota owner and i would never advise you to sell. I bought mine new and has kept me on the road for 15yrs. now with only minor repairs. My best advice is to buy a Haines manual, costs around $15, and is a wealth of information when it comes to repairs and maintaining your truck. Then if you come across something your not sure about then post a question on here and one of the members will be glad to come to your rescue. I have learned alot from these guys and have repaired quite a few things with their help.
