Default Ram 1500 sat 2.5 years wont start

My son has a ram 1500 that sat almost 3 years. He sad he was starting it occasionally and said that the tank had evaporated dry, he filled with 3/4 tank and it never started again, the gas is relatively new. There is spark, it does turn over and briefly wants to run, only second or two. I have not done fuel pressure test and have not had an extra set of ears to listen for fuel pump, but I don’t hear it. Also don’t know if this is related but no voltage on either side of oxygen sensor fuse. All others and relays check good. Is there any sensor in this situation that could keep the pump from coming on considering it sat for years and only started every now and then, plus I assume he tried to crank it with the tank dry. I did put some injector cleaner in prw steering vacuum line and threw in some tank conditioner. If I have no fuel pressure anything else to look for before I drop the tank and pull the pump. Thanks for any input you may have.

Welcome to the site.

What made you let it set for 2.5-3 years and never start it?

Its a 2001 3.9 v-6, he did say he used to start it, as to how often not sure, taking his word with a grain of salt. I figured if he started it every 4-6 months he was doing good. Any connection to the oxy sensor reading open across the fuse? is that normal, dosent seem so.
