Hi everyone, i am new to the forum. My name is Chris. I am thinking about getting a new truck today or tomorrow. I found a 2007 Ram 2500 4x4 5.9 turbo diesel. I can get it out the door for 20,100.00 and it is VERY clean. I would jump on it in a sec. but my only problem is the miles. It has 94,600 miles.

Any thoughts?

2007 CTD is a good year and a good truck.

94k on a diesel engine is nothing.

If it were 94k on a gasser then i would caution some concern.

Keep in mind though, dealers use "cleaning" a ride for two things. One is a selling point and the other is to hide small things. So go over it with a fine proof comb

i work at a dealer. This truck was just traded in yesterday and it looks like the guy had it detailed before so he could get the best price for it. I know what to look for as far as paint and frame damage but i dont know anything about diesel and how long they can run for. no leaks that i can see. he may have towed with it, there is a factor exhaust brake installed

ok so i got the truck. I like it a lot and it doesn't seem to have any other problems other than the shifter.
