New to DF...like to introduce myself.
A New Orleans transplant to Knoxville Tennessee.
Bought a 2004 Dodge Intrepid SE in 2005. Loved the car from the minute I saw it parked and for sale. Only thing I did not like about it was the 2.7L engine, not enough get up and go for me. Had it converted to a 3.5 H.O. Engine was from a wrecked 2004 300M with 50,000 miles on it.
Shortly afterward, Got rid of the standard steel wheels and hubcaps, installed 10 spoke alloy wheels pulled from 2006 Charger and slapped on a set of 245-45ZR18. Copied the exhaust system from a 300M Special (factory duals) and let me tell you...its sounds great. Exhaust note sounds like the low rumble from a V8. just installed projector headlights, did a lot for the looks of the car!
Next on the to do list is ES bumper cover w/ fog lights.
Will upload pics as soon as I figure out how to do it w/o using photobucket or other sites like that.
