Hey everybody, my name is Dan and I'm 22 years old...I currently live in Wisconsin, but will soon be moving to Indiana. I have a '71 AMC Javelin that I'm in the process of restoring (on a pretty tight budget too), and recently came across the idea of putting a modern HEMI in it. I know it sounds kinda strange, but I figure it would make more sense to spend my hard earned money on a modern and more powerful engine. I've heard of lots of people putting HEMIs in older cars, but not so much for AMCs. So in a nutshell, that's why I'm here. lol I hope I get to know everyone well!
