Just got rid of my 01 cummins and bought a hemi 4x4. Not exactly what I wanted but it'll work.

 

well im gonna post and im a newbie i had a 2005 1/2 ton v6 for about two years then i jsut bought a 2007 quad cab 1/2 2wd with the 4.7 in it and the 6speed trans im just trying to get use to dodge i like them so far. well if anyone can give me advice on performance upgrades or anything plesse let me know and one day ill put a picture up. well ttyl

Just stoppin in to say hey. I've just gotten around to starting to mod my Ram and these forums seem to have a lot of info that dealers don't (or are unwilling to share) so I figured I'd join....

Funny quick anticdote: So I was in the Army, (I'm out now) but my last trip was to Kuwait/Iraq. (that's not the funny part.) So most of my unit stayed down in Kuwait, and some of us went north. But when they organized Camp Arifjan down there, they split camp into like 5 "towns" and each town had a "mayor's cell" andone unit, usuallytheunit who had been there the longest was incharge of that section, hence "Mayor". Well, the area where my unit stayed in Camp Arifjan was with all the HETTS and heavy transport units and so it was called "Truckville" We were there for 14 months, and when our turn came around we were infact.... "The Mayor of Truckville" for about 6 months.... So when I got to come back down to our area in Kuwait,I walked a little taller! It was the little things you appreciated out there!!

Oh yeah, so my Ram.... she's a Silver 2004 2500 Quad Cab 4x4 with a Cummins 600.

Hi All,
I'm a new Dodge Owner and loving it. I have a 2005 RAM 1500 Daytona. I'm in the Marine Corps and a M1A1 Tanker. I'm joining the Dodge Forum looking for help in upgrading performance parts and making my truck look good while it runs fast. Hope to get to know a few of you all and I'm a willing student for any advice you guys can give me. Any advice you guys can give me on Cold Air Intakes (having trouble finding one that will just bolt onto the existing top and untilizes my hood scoop), cat back mufflers, and whether or not to upgrade using chips. Any help you guys can give me would be greatly appreciated.

Hey yall, I'm a proud new owner of a 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 SLT 4X4. So far, all I have done to it is 5% tint on the windows, strip on the front window, SRT ram air hood, and XM Radio. Since I just got it, I havn't had much of a chance to really do much to it. Hope to have alotta fun on the forums and talk to a buncha cool people!
