I'm 16 and a big-time mopar fanatic. I have a 1968 Dodge Dart with a 273 which I plan to fix up drive around as a "fun car." I'm looking into getting a Dodge Neon for everyday driving...

YA'LL!!
I've got a '96 dakota and just changed out the evaperator core and heater core. Now I've got air after two weeks in South LA.
Problem though, The Controller Antilock Brake (CAB) is throwing a code 13 (Electronic Control Module phase lock loop failuer).Changed the Speed Sensor on the Diff.

Any Mod help right now would be perfect so I don't shoot the thing. After all, I've gone this far fixing everything, it'd be a shame to kill it for a light bulb.
