new (old) Ram 2500 in MS
Greetings everyone. My name is Chad, and I'm in south Mississippi. My only vehicle for years has been a sedan or hatchback, but after buying a house almost 2 years ago, I have found an ever-growing need for something bigger that can actually carry stuff - plus having a second vehicle (of any kind) is handy. Since I'm married and we have a 9-month-old daughter, we needed at least a quad/extended cab, so that made the search for a cheap used truck a lot harder. After almost a year of off-and-on searching I bought this '02 Ram 2500 a few weeks ago.
I've already had the front brakes done and new tires mounted (old ones were cracked and about to go), and fixed/ripped out some shoddy wiring that the previous owner had apparently done himself. Still have to replace the front ball joints and UCAs, replace the spark plugs, remove some ugly stickers and the dealer emblem, etc. etc.... It's fun though. Definitely a change from a compact car.
