Default New to the forum, looking to upgrade my Ram!

Hello All,

I've been into fast cars for years, but within the last year or so I've gotten into sport bikes and now feel no need for a fast car.

I've had a "beater" 2001 Ram 1500 with the 5.9 in it. I like the truck a lot.
I'm planning on selling my car and my current truck and buying one nicer truck.

I'm thinking 2003-2005 1500 Hemi but would also consider 2000-2002 cummins.

I know the intro section isn't the right place for tech questions, but I've got a quick one while I'm saying hey. I've noticed that the Hemi rams have two 4WD options. One is digital and controlled with a **** on the dash, and one is on the floor. Any advantage to either?

Anything I should watch out for when looking for a new truck? Known issues?

I need to get my car sold, but I'll be keeping an eye out for the truck I want!

Thanks guys,

Tommy
