Hi, I am new here and hope to enjoy this site!
I bought a used 2005 Ram Quad Cab with 62000 miles and a 4.7L eng. last week. It drove very nice had no rattles and engine sounded strong. I did notice a slight miss, and the dealer said they would take care of that. I wasn't concerned until they didn't give it to me when we agreed and it is still in the shop. Today I was told it needed new timing chain and they had ordered the parts.

Have I made a mistake????

Welcome aboard jltx8! Hey, at least the repair is being covered by the dealer. Don't forget to browse Sub-Forums: Ram for stuff related to your ride.
