Dodge VS. Import Tuners
All,
I work for a career institute in central PA. My class is filled with muscle car fanatics most of which are Dodge owners. In the recent months another class has been having it out with my class saying import cars can run circles around muscle cars. Recently we had a door decorating competition and those import punks are beating us, even though our door is far superior. The theme of our door is an insane asylum padded door where the patient is actually the person viewing the door. It incorporates some concepts of what they have learned this term and includes:
1. A pressure mat that when stepped on activates a hand that swipes out towards the “victim”.
a. Pressure mat was created with two sheets of sheet metal, cardboard and wire
b. The animatronic hand is run by an adapted remote control car motor
2. An animated movie behind the small window of the door gives the appearance of a haunted hallway with a scary popup/and a loud scream at the end of the clip.
a. The movie was created with windows movie maker
3. Patient badges that represent each student
a. Students created the design for the ID badges in Photoshop(See attached)
4. A Padded door made from foam, thick cardboard and a table cloth
So you might be wondering why I'm posting in this forum. I need the help of the masses to put these import punks to shame. If you could "like" the following picture and encourage others to like it I would greatly appreciate it!
