hello.... my name is Ricky.... i am buying a 99' R/T..... what is the difference between a dakota 5.9 and a dakota R/T

The R/T uses the 5.9L engine and has the road & track performance package.

the dakota r/t only came in 2 wheel drive, the regular dakota with a 5.9 had 4 hweel drive, the r/t also has 17 inch "R/T" rims, bigger brakes, a tuned suspension, and it was also dropped an inch from factory
