I've been lurking for about a week since I registered while I waited for my account to be activated. I figured that something must have went wrong with the process since I could not even view threads while logged in.

I was able to change my e-mail address in the User CP so I made a bogus account to switch the registered name to and was going to create a new account with a new username. Right after I switched the registered e-mail address, I was able to access everything like a "regular" member of the forum.
I made a few posts, offered some advice on some difficulties I read posts on, ect...
So I figured I would switch my preferred e-mail address back. Sure enough, when I did, I was locked out again.

Anyone have an explanation? Maybe an administrator can review my account and tell me what went wrong?

For now, I will not verify the e-mail address I'm currently switched to since that seems to be where the lockout occurs.
