Recently traded my Dakota in for a Ram, looking for some suggestions on a replacement tonneau cover. The one that the previous owner had on the truck broke the aluminum frame under the weight of collected rainwater.

I'm looking to put a locking toolbox and a locking tonneau cover on my 05 1500 quad cab. The toolbox would be nice, but if it's going to limit my options too much I'll skip it. The cover needs to be:

-Theft resistant; Lockable and not a fabric material. (Something like the Bakflip G2, but I don't know if the G2 locks)

-Waterproof, or at least water resistant. I understand that the folding models aren't usually completely waterproof.

-Locking toolbox, preferably one I can get into without opening the cover

-I'll be adding a lockable tailgate handle.

-Budget: around $800-1000, but I may have some flexibility, this just determines how long I have to wait. Cheaper is obviously better.

Suggestions? Thanks!
