A couple of weeks ago I purchased a 1985 D150 Royal SE with a 318 and Holley 2280 2bbl. My first truck was an 1985 that I got in 1995 that my grandfather purchased new in 1985. It was a great truck. About five years ago I sold it and have regretted that for about, well, five years.

I have been looking for one with a straight body and found one. I'm so pleased to have this truck. I just rebuilt the carb and it is running nearly as well as I would like. I think I need to do some tuning/timing. I'm new to working on carbs, but am learning fast.
