Default Hemi performance accessories

After years of driving Chevy trucks I purchased my first DODGE--yesterday. Dallas is a big city with lots of trucks, yet I'd be surprised to see another Yellow Rumble Bee anytime soon. Anyway, does anyone know of a good source for Hemi performance parts in the Dallas area? There doesn't seem to be many products on the market for the 5.7 just yet. I figure an air intake system, and a performance cat back exhaust should quickly bring me up to about 365hp with very little expense. I'd hate to be underpowered when I find my first Lightning! Other than that I need to dress it up a bit with some dark tint, sliding window, and ........etc. So, any suggestions on where to find performance and other aftermarket parts would be appreciated.

Welcome to DF. I would suggest the K&N cold air intake and the Flowmaster American Thunder cat-back.

i have an 03 hemi two wheel drive quad cab i put the volant coldair intake(hot item for the hemi),jba headers, and a gibson cat back(sport truck style) real good improve ment on power and real egressive tone. The volant draws the air from outside of engine compartment so your not getting hot air like most other kits i got about a grand wraped up in all but worth it

Plowboy and others,
I was reluctantly considering the Gibson exhaust, primarily due to lack of noise. I enjoy the rumble. Maybe I was wrong. So you would say there's a considerable difference in sound? Have you ever used a performance chip? And just an update on the truck.....Got the windows tinted today. It looks great. And I found myself next to a Lightning on the way home. Hopefully I'll find myself prepared the next time I encounter one. Glad to see Dodge drivers are also motorcycle enthusiasts. I have a black Ducati Monster with TX plates that say MONSTR. It's great!

I'd avoid the "Jet" chips though...IMHO[sm=smiley4.gif]
