My 2002 Ram 1500 is not starting. I just parked it and when I tried to re-start, it acts like it wants to start but seems like it is not getting fuel. I have replaced the fuel pump relay on the advice of another, did not resolve the problem. I towed the vehicle home ant them tried to jump start it and it started. After I shut it down, the problem started all over.
