My 02 Darango has loss of power when i get on it, hot or cold. also if i'm going down the highway at 70 it will buck and slow down while holding speed untill it clears by letting off throtle and just slowly adding gas. also the ring around the "D" on the dash is flickering it seems when this happens sometimes. i was told at the parts store there is no fuel filter to change that i should replace the fuel pump. i have no check light on. this suv is new to me it's the 5.9. any thoughts
