I am looking for any advice I can gleen. I recently replaced all 3 timing chain tensioners on my 02 dodge ram 1500 4.7. They were slapping. I drove the truck in with a full tank of fuel. I replaced the tensioners, never turned the engine over and now I have a no run situation. I checked for spark. Good. I checked for injector signal. Good. I even dropped the fuel tank to make sure I was pumping gas good. Good pressure to rail. I am stumped. A few of my buddies are stumped. I can make it run with carb cleaner down the air intake throat. No back fire. Please help. haha.
