New here but just got my third Ram HD- started with a 2002 2500 SB 6-speed, then traded for a 2003 3500 LB and just traded that for a 2007 2500 5.9 SB 4x4. I've traded down in years but up in miles but these trucks don't seem to mind the miles. Wondering what people recommend for tuners in the last of the 5.9's- mostly interested in mileage and towing, and any recommendations for best place to get serviced in central Arkansas.

Best tuning, without exception, is EFILive.

Of course, tuning is only as good as the tuner, so look at Les with Silverbullet Tuning or Phil or Cody at Anarchy diesel.

There simply is NO better tuning than what is available via EFILive. Period.
