Hello,I have a 1999 1500-3.9V6, Heater core is leaking on passenger side floor. However that's not the main problem,On acceleration,it sounds like an outside air door opening. At idle or no pedal it shuts. Also,the fan only works on high. Is the switch out or is the blower itself variable speed? Thanks for any help
