hello,
i have a 2003 ram 1500. i am changing the heater core. everything was going well until i tried to disconnect the ac line for the evaporator. i have tried 3 different quick connect tools. tapped the line with a rubber mallet, push, pull, twist, everything i could think of the disconnect the line at the firewall.
any suggestions?

my apologies... its late and i have been at this all day......
the problem i am having is disconnecting the accumulater from the line that goes through the firewall.
