Hi , my 97 caravan wont start since i tried to boost another vehicule, i changed the starter thinking this was the problem , still wont start and when i try it makes a clicking sound in the fuse box in the Hood and the parking lights are flashing Please help

 

It would be a good idea to test all of your fuses and relays.
