New here. I have been reading alot of threads and taking advice from some other issues fellow Ram owners are having but i havent seen anything about my current issue.

My 2001 Ram 1500 5.2L will not start. It cranks over strong but will not start up. The check engine light is on so i had it coded and it came back with "P1389 No ASD Relay Output Voltage at PCM" Not quite sure what this means. I found the relay in the Fuse box under the hood and replaced it with a like relay from my A/C clutch since i know that one works and the light is still on. I can spray some starter fluid in the intake and it will start up and idle fine but when i drive i lack LOTS of power. im stumped.
