Default Stumped and Need Help

I own a 1997 Dodge Avenger and recently ran into a problem that I cant fix. I was driving one day and my car died out I had no power and the car rolled to a stop. I got out and opened the hood and noticed that the 30amp Starter Ignition Fuse had blown. I replaced it and as soon as I turned the key it blew again. Since then my car has not started and I have replaced the battery cables, battery terminals, battery, starter, ignition switch, the fusible link from the starter and been through numerous fuses (which are not cheap). Everyone I ask tells me there is a short somewhere. I have followed all the wires and cables and nothing appears to look damaged. Does anyone have any Ideas? I would appreciate it.
