What do I need to do for this "new thread

 

I have a 2001 Dodge Stratus R/T with only 55000 on it. However, I ran this on a flat tire and damage the bumper, rims and fender. Make the story short, it stayed in the shop for 3 years. When I finally got it out, my transmission everytime it shift to third gear it make a jerking motion. I just had it flushed. I had it diagnosed but it doesn't register any problem in the transmission (by the way a have the autostick transmission). When diagnosed it shows that the passenger front abs sensor is broken. Do I have to have my transmission overhauled? The mechanic says that probably an addetive would help. Any suggestion?
