I thought that pcm's were vin spisific on 99 durago's? My durango was running great parked it then hasn't started since new coil,csps,and cam shaft senser,cap and roter. No 5v to coil.the crank and cam sensers do. Figur pcm's bad.told that they are vin spisific. Is that true and could i be missing something.
