Default 1959 D100 318 Carb

Hello all!

I have a 59 Dodge D100 - original 318, 2bbl. Stromberg. No matter how I lean it out it sucks gas, runs rich. I have rebuilt it three times to no avail. I'm at altitude in Reno, NV., and wondering if it needs new jets (where to get them?), or should I get a new carb? What do you suggest? I would like a carb that will accomodate original oil bath air cleaner. I'm nutty about original.
